Taking too much time setting up Sublimation projects? Introducing new ColorLine Production Jigs!
Time is money. Production jigs dramatically lowers labor involved in applying transfers to blanks and increases more finished sublimated products per press cycle. For example, the Jig for 5677 coasters is designed for 13x19 transfer paper and points eight coasters at a time. Line up the transfer with the Jig, attach a few small pieces of heat tape on the sides to keep everything aligned, and press. These new Jigs can add up in cost savings from not having to tape down or wrap each individual blank. Check out these new production Jigs on our website or call us for information.
 

General Purpose ABS Sheet
Answering the needs of today's sign-maker, Rowmark offers a General Purpose ABS Sheet.  This is in response to the growing demand for a cost effective sheet that can be used in a wide range of applications, including as a backer piece for added rigidity in signs or templates and jigs.  General Purpose sheets are great for backing signs and awards when a rigid sheet is needed.  Rowmarks cost effective utility sheet is a great alternative to Styrene, Plexiglass, Coro-plast and PVC products such as Sintra and Celtec.  This utility-grade ABS sheet is offered in single-ply 1/16" and 1/8" black with a smooth finish. Sheet size: 24 1/8" x 49" (612 x 1245).
