As a B.F. Plastics customer, you can access your account 24/7 to review order/invoice history, view and modify user information, track packages, create favorite lists, access the quick order form and much more.

Established Customers
Please Identify your account by clicking here and follow the simple instructions. This allows existing customers to create new logins on the website by providing account-specific information for us to verify and match you to an account.

Net 30 days to customers with established credit. New accounts must pay with a credit card until credit is established. No COD’s.

To apply for established terms, please complete the credit application digital or print form and return it to customer service.

Credit Cards:

Orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Add-on items must be processed as a separate order. Large orders for custom fabrication or special order items may require a down payment prior to ordering.

All orders are shipped via UPS.  Ground orders (commercial and residential) are eligible for flat rate savings.  Flat rate shipping is only available in continental US.  Drop ship orders, Canadian orders or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories do not qualify for flat rate shipping.  The actual shipping costs will be added to your invoice after order has been processed.  Next day air, 2nd day air and 3-day select do not qualify.

Minimum Order:
No minimum order.

All returns require an authorization within 30 days of invoice date and are subject to a 15% restock charge. Credit will be issued after items are received in good condition. Any custom or adhesive-backed items are non-returnable for credit.
